Cancellation Policy
If you are experiencing any illness, we will waive the cancelation fee as long as you give us a few hours notice before your appointment. No questions asked! However if you are not at home when the therapist arrives, a cancelation fee of 50% of the cost of your service will be charged to your card.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BELOW REGARDING THE DAY OF YOUR MASSAGE:
- If you arrive for your appointment displaying one or more of these symptoms: cough, runny nose, sore throat, fever, or other flu like symptoms, OR;
- In the last 7 days you have been in contact with an individual who has recently been diagnosed with COVID or any contagious virus, cold, flu or other infection, you will be asked to reschedule and a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to your account.
- If DURING your massage, you display any one of the above listed symptoms, or you indicate you have been in contact with an individual who has recently been diagnosed with a contagious infection, your therapist will stop the session immediately and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. In this case, a fee of 100% of the service will be charged to your account.
