Cancellation Policy
If you are experiencing any illness for any reason, we will waive the cancelation fee as long as you give us a few hours notice. No questions asked! However if you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, or you are not at home when the therapist arrives, a cancelation fee of 20% of the cost of your service will be charged to your account.
Please note you will be asked to reschedule your appointment if you display any flu like symptoms, or in the last 14 days you have been in contact with an individual who has recently been diagnosed with COVID 19, a variant, or any other contagious virus, flu or infection.
