Massage or Reflexology

Note:  Reflexolgy can be incorporated into a 60 or 90 minute massage.

Children or Senior Massage

A reduced massage that concentrates on relaxation with Swedish techniques, longer strokes and gentle compressions                            


30 Minutes                                  $  65

Event & Chair Massage in the workplace

15 minute session :                     $   35


Corportate or  Event

 4  hour maximum:                     $ 500


Workshops for RMTs or Workplace Wellness

Practical workshops for either massage therapists interested  in  mobile or chair massage or workshops for wellness in the workplace for corporations.

2 Hours:                                                                          $ 250


Customized (additional charge):                               $  50 (required advanced notice)


Topic ideas include:   sportmg evemts , or wellness events, customer appreciation days, product launches, wellness events for staff, weddings, birthday parties, workplace warm up and injury prevention. teaching mobile event set up and equipment, safety
